Care is motivated by selflessness.

Only those who are selfless will be caring.

Real care abandons one’s matter to focus on needs of others.

Carers say, ‘others first and self last.’

“…For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s.” Philippians 2:20-21.

You cheaply buy into leadership by offering care.

It is those who care today that will lead tomorrow.

The people you care for today, you’ll lead tomorrow.

Touch their heart with care and they will give you their hand to lead.

Release your care to them and they will release their hand to you.

Never withdraw your care from them and they’ll never withdraw their hand from you.
