How well you are made will determine how well you will be paid.
It is being made before being paid.
But to be made well you have to follow well.
Therefore, follow well to be made well.
Bother less about been paid, focus more about being made.
It was far later that Peter discussed about pay. Matthew 19:27-29.
He had been long made before it occurred to him to ask for a pay.
