THE BEST STATUS

Servant-hood is the best status to maintain.

A servant is the king in the making.

Servant-hood is God’s No 1 criteria for enlistment of kings.

No matter what name others call you, regard and address yourself as a servant of God and a servant to men.

Only servants qualify to rule among men.

It is servants of God that will end as rulers of men.

This was David’s status.

God addressed Him as His servant. Psalms 89:20; 2 Samuel 7:8.

He addressed Himself as well as a servant. 2 Samuel 7:19-21, 25:29; 2 Samuel 17:32, 34, 36, 58.

Servants at heart are potentials leaders.

The people you serve, you’ll lead.

Moses as well was a servant who ended as a renowned leader. Numbers 12:7.

Core attributes of servants are;

– Faithfulness –– Numbers 12:7, 1 Samuel 17:34.

– Meekness – Numbers 12:3.

– Obedience – 1 Samuel 18:5.

Total sum of servant-hood was in Christ. Philippians 2:5-8.

“Bossy’’ heads will soon shake off the crown, but servant’s heart shall retain the throne.

Remain a servant at heart to retain your seat on the throne.
