Many are not committed to the ministry because they view themselves as workers and not as stake holders, as salary earners and not dividend beneficiaries.
A stakeholder sees himself as a co-owner and as a result will never watch to see anything go down.
A stakeholder doesn’t hang on the tree branch, ready to fly away in case the branch breaks off.
Stake holders don’t care about location.
They are conscious of the fact that what God blesses is labour not location; input not outlook, heart and not act.
A stakeholder doesn’t think as an employee even though he is in an employment.
Whereas a worker is out for what to take, a stakeholder is in for what to add.
