Generally speaking, you cannot think of advancement without adjustment.
Whenever advancement is desired, adjustment is usually the demand.
It will always be required that any organization that will experience advancement must be prepared for necessary adjustment.
Without a shift, there can never be a rise, to think otherwise is to remain in a dream land.
But adjustment is not as convenient, the human factor will always come to play but it must never be given any place above organizational interest.
We must be very precise and decisive and never be consequence prone in our action.
