WORKERS, MANAGERS AND LEADERS (LEADERSHIP)

Workers take instruction to apply with their hands.

Managers supervises, co-ordinates and oversees the activities.

But a leader initiates new innovation and drives both managers and workers into his visionary destination.

Workers uses their hands managers applies their minds but leaders utilizes their eyes.

Leaders are visionaries of their organizations.

They see ahead, go ahead and move others ahead towards the end that only him could see.

One major test of a leader is His ability to drive the system into his visionary destination.

This is why only leaders have the capacity to employ by reason of so much He has in His mind to get accomplished.

Leaders are tireless and self motivated/encouraged in pursuit of their goals. What he sees keeps him restless.
