THE MEASURE OF A GREAT LEADER (LEADERSHIP)

A truly great leader seeks always, the success of others.

He seeks to make others great as himself and even more.

If no one around you is experiencing greatness then you are not a leader.

Abraham’s greatness was expressed and interpreted in Lot’s greatness. Gen.13:1-5

To prove your greatness, make others great.

To prove your success, make others succeed.

This is the ultimate prove of success – make them succeed.

If you don’t want to be erased, raise others.

If you don’t want to be eliminated, spread yout effect.

If you don’t learn to raise others you will soon erase yourself.

Real leaders always want to make other leaders.

If you are not making more leaders, you are just a user of people!
