LEADERSHIP AND PRAYER

Generally speaking, leadership means taking the lead, being in the front, living as example, serving as reference.

By application a true leader does not delegate prayer.

Jesus never delegate prayer, he led his disciples in prayer. Lk.9:28-35; Lk.22:39-46

All great leaders are praying leaders because in prayer they obtain grace to lead.

Grace and strength is derived at the prayer altar.

Effectuality in leadership is obtained at prayer moments.

The apostles succeeded by engagement at the prayer altar., act.1:14; 2:1-4; 3:1; 4:23-43; 5:12-14; 6:4
