A servant can never partake of the Spirit to serve, but a son is one who partakes of the honor the Father carries.
[Malachi 1:6.]
6 “A son honors his father, and a slave his master. If I am a father, where is the honor due me? If I am a master, where is the respect due me?” says the Lord Almighty.
“It is you priests who show contempt for my name.
“But you ask, ‘How have we shown contempt for your name?’
Therefore, be honored with the honor that comes from God.
A servant may turn back to mock his master, but a son will never mock his father. Members and learners can partake of the spirit, only sons can partake of the honor. Aaron and other leaders partook of the spirit to serve.

17 I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone.
Only Joshua partook of the spirit of honor. [Numbers 27:18-20.]
18 So the Lord said to Moses, “Take Joshua son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit of leadership,[a] and lay your hand on him. 19 Have him stand before Eleazar the priest and the entire assembly and commission him in their presence. 20 Give him some of your authority so the whole Israelite community will obey him.
The 70 had the spirit of officers but Joshua had the spirit of Moses. [Numbers 27:18]
“The spirit of service can only rest on an ass, fish or a stone. But the spirit of honor rests only on sons.”
