  1. Create enabling environment that makes workers see a future in the organization.
  2. Expose them
  3. Train (equip) them.
  4. Develop their potentials
  5. Position them
  6. Assign them
  7. Trust them to make decision.
  8. Allow them to make mistakes
  9. Correct them in love, we all grow through mistakes

10.Encourage initiatives – Discourage them from waiting for you over every matter.
